Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and EKSTRUH LTD (“we”, “us”) about your use of CPSTesting.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

1. Who can use the Site
The Site is free and open to everyone. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms for you.
2. Your use of the Site
You may use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
- use bots, scripts, scrapers or other automated tools to access, copy or overload the Site;
- interfere with the Site's security, ads or normal operation, or try to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
- click on ads or affiliate links fraudulently, or encourage others to;
- copy, frame or republish the Site or its content without our written permission;
- present scores from the Site as official records or certifications;
- use the Site in any way that breaks the law.
3. Test results
Results depend on your device, browser, hardware and connection. They are for entertainment, practice and general information. Your results are stored only in your browser and may be lost if you clear your browser data.
4. Health and safety
Rapid clicking, typing and techniques such as jitter or butterfly clicking can strain your hands, wrists and arms. Take regular breaks, and stop right away if you feel pain, numbness or tingling. Some tests use flashing colours. If you have photosensitive epilepsy, consult a doctor before using them. See our Disclaimer.
5. Intellectual property
The Site's design, text, graphics and code belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms give you no ownership rights. Other names, games and trademarks mentioned on the Site (for example, game titles or mouse brands) belong to their owners. We mention them only to describe or identify things, and their owners do not sponsor or endorse us.
6. Copyright complaints (notice and takedown)
We respect the intellectual property of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that any content on the Site infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please send a written notice to [email protected] with “Copyright complaint” in the subject line. Your notice should include:
- your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
- a description of the copyrighted work or other right that you say has been infringed;
- the exact address (URL) of each page on the Site where the material appears;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner of the right concerned or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
When we receive a complete notice, we will review it promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material, normally within 5 business days. If we remove material that you provided, or that you believe was removed by mistake, you may send us a counter-notice with the same details explaining why it should be restored. We may share a notice with the person who supplied the material. Please do not send false or misleading notices: under the laws of many countries you may be liable for losses caused by a notice that you know to be untrue.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that you or we have under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act or other applicable law.
7. Advertising, affiliate links and third-party sites
The Site shows ads and contains affiliate links and links to other websites. We do not control third-party sites, products or services and are not responsible for them. Your dealings with advertisers and retailers are between you and them. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal information. They form part of these Terms.
9. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Site at any time, without notice. We do not promise that the Site will always be available or free of errors.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent the law allows, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to £100. If you are a consumer, you keep the statutory rights you have where you live, including under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
12. Indemnity
To the extent the law allows, you agree to compensate us for claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that result from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and will change the “Last updated” date when we do. If you continue to use the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
15. General
If a court finds any part of these Terms invalid, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right, we have not waived it. These Terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site. The Site is available in several languages, but these Terms and our policies are published in English, and the English version applies if there is any difference.
